Where We Build
Areas We Serve
Cityside builds and renovates across Boston and the surrounding suburbs. Each market has its own rules, finishes, and logistics. We know them.
Cities & Suburbs
Boston Cityside is a Boston general contractor and custom home builder working across the city, from Back Bay brownstones to Seaport condos and Dorchester triple-deckers. View Boston → Wellesley In Wellesley we build and renovate at the top of the market, where existing finishes like coffered ceilings, mahogany inlays, and custom millwork set the standard the new work has to match. View Wellesley → Newton Newton’s villages run from Victorian to modern, and our work there spans gut renovations, additions, and ground-up custom homes for owners who plan to stay for decades. View Newton → Brookline Brookline blends dense urban blocks with large single-family homes, and we handle both, including the preservation review that comes with its many local historic districts. View Brookline → Cambridge In Cambridge we work on everything from triple-deckers near the squares to ground-up multi-family, where energy code and neighbor coordination drive the build. View Cambridge → Needham Needham families call us for the renovation or addition that finally makes the house fit the way they live, and for the occasional teardown-and-rebuild. View Needham → Weston Weston is estate-scale work, large lots, long timelines, and finishes with no margin for error. That is exactly the level we build to. View Weston →
Boston Neighborhoods
Beacon Hill Beacon Hill is one of the most demanding places to build in America, and one of our home markets. We renovate inside its brick rowhouses without disturbing the parts that make them landmarks. View Beacon Hill → Back Bay Back Bay brownstones reward precision, ornamental plaster, original moldings, and tight party walls. We restore and modernize them without losing what makes them worth the address. View Back Bay → South End The South End’s Victorian rowhouses and parlor-level details are some of our favorite work. Our Chandler Street renovation is a few blocks from where you’re standing. View South End → South Boston Southie is where row houses meet new construction, and we do both, including ground-up homes like our E Third Street project. View South Boston → South Boston Waterfront On the Seaport and the South Boston Waterfront we handle high-finish condo interiors in new towers, where building rules and elevator schedules shape the whole job. View South Boston Waterfront → Charlestown Charlestown’s Federal-era rowhouses and harbor-view condos call for renovations that respect the historic core while opening up the way people live now. View Charlestown → Dorchester Dorchester is triple-decker country, and we both renovate them and build new multi-family here, often on the development and advisory side as well. View Dorchester → Roslindale Roslindale’s mix of period homes and growing demand makes it ideal for whole-home renovations like our Dale Street project. View Roslindale → Jamaica Plain JP’s Victorians and three-families reward careful renovation. We modernize them for energy and daily life without flattening their character. View Jamaica Plain → North End Building in the North End means the oldest, tightest fabric in the city. We renovate its condos and walk-ups with the patience and access planning the neighborhood demands. View North End → Downtown Boston Downtown we focus on high-rise residential interiors and commercial build-outs, where building management and after-hours rules drive the schedule. View Downtown Boston → Fenway-Kenmore In Fenway-Kenmore we handle condo renovations and commercial interiors in a dense, mixed-use part of the city. View Fenway-Kenmore → Financial District The Financial District is commercial build-out and high-end condo territory, where opening on time is the whole point. View Financial District →
