Nicholas founded Cityside after a decade in Boston construction. He’s a licensed contractor and a real estate agent with William Raveis, so every project gets a builder’s eye and an investor’s judgment. He leads each one personally, from the first numbers to the final walkthrough.

Garrett Peters
Project Manager
Garrett is Cityside’s project manager and a Boston University economics graduate. He works alongside Nicholas to keep schedules, trades and inspections on track, and he’s the owner’s go-to for updates as the work moves forward.

Cityside is a Boston general contractor working across residential, multi-family, and select commercial. Affiliated with William Raveis, we also help clients buy, sell, and develop real estate, so the same firm can handle finding a property, pricing the work, and building it.

Gut renovations and additions, multi-family, ground-up homes, and commercial build-outs, from smaller projects to large. Every job runs under one contract, with a fixed scope and budget you approve before we start.
05 How is Cityside different from a typical general contractor?
We build, and we know the money side. Because we develop our own projects and advise buyers and sellers through William Raveis, we price construction off real cost, not a per-square-foot guess, and we can tell you whether a project is worth it before you start. You also work directly with the people running your build.

Yes. Affiliated with William Raveis, named Top Luxury Brokerage at the 2025 Inman Golden I Club Awards, we represent buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across Boston, and we weigh condition, construction cost, and presentation before an offer is made or a listing goes live.
07 Does Cityside work with investors and developers?
Yes. From multi-family and second homes to ground-up development, we look at what a property costs, what it costs to improve, and what it’s worth when the work is done, then carry it from purchase through construction to sale.
